I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was greeted with a complementary box of delicious chocolate pralines in my room upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is situated in a quiet and charming location, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The rooms offered a delightful view, and the basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service at this hotel was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The restaurant was a real highlight of our trip, with delicious food that was reasonably priced. We also loved the location, which was just a stone's throw away from the main attractions of the area and offered stunning views of the mountains.
The noise levels. Unfortunately, some guests were quite loud during our stay, which meant we didn't get as much rest as we would have liked.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in the Rucar-Bran area. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet and picturesque setting, which was great for exploring the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself had a charming early 20th-century style, giving it a unique and nostalgic feel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. They even surprised me with a complimentary box of chocolate pralines in my room upon arrival, which was a lovely touch.
The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing could be improved. Other than that, everything was great.

The restaurant near the hotel boasts delicious omelettes for breakfast, along with cozy and tasteful interiors. the modern bathroom in the room comes with excellent hot water and water pressure. the hotel provides great service, even offering late check-in and massages after a race.
Noise from other guests can be an issue, especially during teambuilding events or when families with rowdy children come to stay.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. the room was clean and the location was good, with plenty of attractions nearby. the wifi worked well.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. the curtains didn't block out the light well, making it hard to sleep in.
